Intended Use
The Human Apolipoprotein AIV (APO AIV) ELISA kit is intended for the non-radioactive quantification of Human APO AIV in serum, plasma, and cell culture samples.
Contents of Kit
A. Human Apo AIV ELISA Plate: 1 strip plate
B. Adhesive Plate Sealer: 2 sheets
C. 10X concentrate HRP Wash Buffer: 2 bottles containing 50 mL each
D. Human APO AIV Standard: 0.5 mL upon hydration
E. Quality Controls 1 and 2: 0.5 mL upon hydration
F. Assay Buffer (Sample Diluent): 2 bottles containing 50 mL each
G. Assay Running Buffer: 11 mL
H. Human APO AIV Detection Antibody: 11 mL
I. Enzyme Solution: 12 mL
J. Substrate (Light sensitive, avoid unnecessary exposure to light): 12 mL
K. Stop Solution (Caution: Corrosive Solution): 12 mL
Storage
Recommended storage for kit components is 2-8°C.
All components are shipped and stored at 2-8°C. Reconstituted standards and controls can be frozen for future use but repeated freeze thaws should be avoided. Refer to expiration dates on all reagents prior to use. Do not mix reagents from different kits unless they have the same lot numbers.
