This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL3577) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human THRAP3, targeting the amino acid region 631–730 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with THRAP3 from rat, mouse, dog, pig, cow, horse, and rabbit. It has been affinity purified by protein A. Enables nuclear thyroid hormone receptor binding activity; phosphoprotein binding activity; and transcription coactivator activity. Involved in positive regulation of circadian rhythm and regulation of gene expression. Acts upstream of or within positive regulation of transcription by RNA polymerase II. Located in exon-exon junction complex and nuclear speck. Part of mediator complex.
CABT-BL3577 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:50–1:200) applications.
CABT-BL3577 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
