The pAb has been 0.22μm filtered and should be diluted 1/1000 for use in the Tropomyosin ELISA.
A sensitive ELISA (LLOD=0.2ng/ml) with defined specificity for invertebrate tropomyosins has been developed.
The tropomyosin ELISA predominately detects invertebrate tropomyosins in shellfish, dust mites, tick, cockroach, meal worms, insects and arachnids. Extracts of fish, mammals, and birds did not react in the assay (<0.20ng/ml).
