This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL5686) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human SLC35F2, targeting the amino acid region 1–132 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human SLC35F2 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. SLC35F2, also named as Solute carrier family 35 member F2, is a 374 amino acid protein, which belongs to the SLC35F solute transporter family. SLC35F2 as a Multi-pass membrane protein is a putative solute transporter. SLC35F2 is highly homologous to the lung squamous cell cancer-related gene, LSCC3, which is highly expressed in lung squamous cell tumour tissues. However, the clinical implication of the SLC35F2 gene in tumour development and progression remains unclear.
CABT-BL5686 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:1,000) application.
CABT-BL5686 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
