General Notes
This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL3260) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human SCRN3, targeting the amino acid region 151–250 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with SCRN3 from mouse, rat, pig, cow, and sheep. It has been affinity purified by protein A. Predicted to enable cysteine-type exopeptidase activity and dipeptidase activity. Predicted to be involved in detection of temperature stimulus involved in sensory perception of pain.
CABT-BL3260 is suitable for use in IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500) applications.
CABT-BL3260 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.02% Proclin300, 1% BSA, 0.01M PBS, pH7.4. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
