This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL5566) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human RRAGD, targeting the amino acid region 1–100 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with RRAGD from mouse, rat, pig, cow, horse, rabbit, and sheep. It has been affinity purified by protein A. RRAGD (Ras-related GTP-binding protein D) is a protein-coding gene and member of the Rag GTPase family that acts as a molecular switch regulating the mTORC1 signaling pathway in response to amino acid availability. It plays a crucial role in cellular metabolism by mediating the recruitment of mTORC1 to the lysosomal membrane. Mutations in RRAGD are linked to autosomal dominant kidney hypomagnesemia (ADKH) with cardiomyopathy.
CABT-BL5566 is suitable for use in IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500) applications.
CABT-BL5566 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
