This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL2987) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human PPP4R2, targeting the amino acid region 197–379 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with PPP4R2 from rat and mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. PPP4R2 (Protein Phosphatase 4 Regulatory Subunit 2) is a protein-coding gene that acts as a key regulatory subunit of the serine/threonine-protein phosphatase 4 (PP4) complex. It facilitates critical cellular processes, including DNA double-strand break repair, microtubule organization, and spliceosomal snRNP maturation. It helps dephosphorylate γ-H2AX and RPA2 during DNA damage responses.
CABT-BL2987 is suitable for use in ELISA (1:20,000–1:80,000), Western blot (WB) (1:200–1:1,000), IHC (1:100–1:500) applications.
CABT-BL2987 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS, pH 7.4 with 0.02% sodium azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
