This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL2979) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human PPP2R2A. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with PPP2R2A from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. The B regulatory subunit might modulate substrate selectivity and catalytic activity, and also might direct the localization of the catalytic enzyme to a particular subcellular compartment. CABT-BL2979 is suitable for use in WB 1 (500-1:2000), IHC 1 (50-1:200) applications. CABT-BL2979 is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
