General Notes
This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL5343) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human PAG1, targeting the amino acid region 331–432 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with PAG1 from mouse, rat, dog, horse, and rabbit. It has been affinity purified by protein A. PAG1, or phosphoprotein associated with glycosphingolipid-enriched microdomains 1, is a human gene located on chromosome 8q21.13 that encodes a 432-amino acid type III transmembrane adaptor protein essential for regulating signaling in immune cells, including T cells and B cells. The protein is predominantly localized to lipid rafts in the plasma membrane and plays a key role in maintaining lymphocytes in a resting state by raising the signaling threshold for immune responses.
CABT-BL5343 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500) applications.
CABT-BL5343 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
