This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL2838) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human OTOP3, targeting the amino acid region 21–120 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with OTOP3 from mouse, rat, dog, pig, cow, and sheep. It has been affinity purified by protein A. Predicted to enable identical protein binding activity and proton channel activity. Predicted to be involved in proton transmembrane transport. Predicted to be located in plasma membrane. Predicted to be active in membrane.
CABT-BL2838 is suitable for use in IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500), ICC/IF (1:100–1:500) applications.
CABT-BL2838 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
