This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL2651) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human NPTX1. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. NPTX1 is a member of the neuronal pentraxin gene family. Neuronal pentraxin 1 is similar to the rat NP1 gene which encodes a binding protein for the snake venom toxin taipoxin. Human NPTX1 mRNA is exclusively localized to the nervous system. CABT-BL2651 is suitable for use in IHC (1:50–1:200) application. CABT-BL2651 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
