Intended Use
Mouse IL-3 ELISA Development Kit contains the key components required for the quantitative measurement of natural and/or recombinant IL-3 in a sandwich ELISA format. Using the ELISA protocol described below, this kit provides sufficient reagents to assay IL-3 in approximately 1500 ELISA plate wells.

General Description
Interleukin 3 (colony-stimulating factor, multiple), also known as IL3 is a member of a family of growth factors, that supports the proliferation and development of hematopoietic precursors.1 IL3 can improve the body's natural response to disease as part of the immune system. It is secreted by activated T cells to support growth and differentiation of T cells from the bone marrow in an immune response.
