This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL2544) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human MYBPHL. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. MYBPHL (Myosin-binding protein H-like) is a cardiac myofilament protein primarily expressed in the atrial chambers. It acts as a structural component of the sarcomere, regulating myosin-binding protein C (cMyBP-C). Mutations or deficiencies in MYBPHL are associated with atrial arrhythmias, cardiomyopathy, and conducting system disease. CABT-BL2544 is suitable for use in IHC (1:25–1:100) application. CABT-BL2544 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
