General Notes
This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL5210) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human MTUS2, targeting the amino acid region 1261–1369 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with MTUS2 from mouse, rat, dog, pig, cow, horse, rabbit, and sheep. It has been affinity purified by protein A. MTUS2 (Microtubule Associated Scaffold Protein 2), also known as TIP150, is a protein-coding gene and microtubule-binding protein that stabilizes microtubules during mitosis and regulates cellular dynamics. It functions as a tumor suppressor candidate and tracks the plus-ends of microtubules, forming dimers that facilitate proper chromosome movement.
CABT-BL5210 is suitable for use in IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500) applications.
CABT-BL5210 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
