LYPD4 (LY6/PLAUR domain-containing 4) is a gene that encodes a protein specifically expressed in the testes and sperm, serving as a critical regulator of male fertility in mammals. It is an acrosome protein essential for sperm-zona interaction and migration in the female reproductive tract, with knockout models resulting in infertility. CABT-BL5088 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC (1:25–1:100) applications. CABT-BL5088 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
