This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL2072) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human KLHL15, targeting the amino acid region 401–500 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with KLHL15 from mouse, rat, pig, cow, horse, rabbit, and sheep. It has been affinity purified by protein A. This gene encodes a member of the kelch-like family of proteins that share a common domain structure consisting of an N-terminal broad-complex, tramtrack, bric-a-brac/poxvirus and zinc finger domain and C-terminal kelch repeat motifs. The encoded protein may be involved in protein ubiquitination and cytoskeletal organization.
CABT-BL2072 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000) application.
CABT-BL2072 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
