This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL4962) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human KCNK5, targeting the amino acid region 244–499 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene encodes one of the members of the superfamily of potassium channel proteins containing two pore-forming P domains. The message for this gene is mainly expressed in the cortical distal tubules and collecting ducts of the kidney. The protein is h. CABT-BL4962 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:1,000) application. CABT-BL4962 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
