This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL1916) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against mouse IL12RB1, targeting the amino acid region 401–500 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with IL12RB1 from rat. It has been affinity purified by protein A. Contributes to cytokine binding activity. Acts upstream of or within peptidyl-tyrosine phosphorylation. Located in external side of plasma membrane. Part of interleukin-23 receptor complex. Is expressed in craniocervical region bone; male reproductive gland or organ; and rib. Human ortholog(s) of this gene implicated in immunodeficiency 30. Orthologous to human IL12RB1 (interleukin 12 receptor subunit beta 1).
