This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL4902) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human IFFO1, targeting the amino acid region 320–536 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. IFFO1 (Intermediate Filament Family Orphan 1) is a human protein encoded by the IFFO1 gene, functioning as a structural component of the cytoskeleton and nuclear envelope. It acts as a novel tumor suppressor, with downregulation linked to increased metastasis, chemoresistance, and poorer prognosis in cancers like lung and ovarian. CABT-BL4902 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB), IHC applications. CABT-BL4902 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS, pH 7.4 with 0.02% Sodium Azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
