A DNA sequence encoding an N-terminal segment (Met 1-Arg 342) of Influenza A Virus H5N1 Hemagglutinin (AAW80717.1),termed as HA1, was fused with the C-terminal His-tagged Fc region of mouse IgG1 at the C-terminus.
Molecular Weight
The recombinant HA1 subunit of the Influenza A virus (A/VietNam/1203/2004 (H5N1)) hemagglutinin consists of 569 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 64.4 kDa.

Format

Storage
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -70°CStore it under sterile conditions at -20°C to -80°C. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
