The sVEGF-R1 ELISA is an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for measurement of soluble human vascular endothelial Growth Factor Receptor-1 in cell culture supernatants, human serum, plasma or other body fluids.

2. 1 vial ( 100 μL ) Biotin-Conjugate anti-sVEGF-R1 antibody
3. 1 vial ( 150 μL ) Streptavidin-HRP
4. 2 vials sVEGF-R1 Standard, lyophilized, 20 ng/mL upon reconstitution
5. 1 bottle ( 50 mL ) Wash Buffer Concentrate 20X ( PBS with 1% Tween 20 )
6. 1 vial ( 5 mL ) Assay Buffer Concentrate 20X ( PBS with 1% Tween 20 and 10% BSA )
7. 1 bottle ( 20 mL ) Conjugate Diluent
8. 1 vial ( 7 mL ) Substrate Solution I ( tetramethyl-benzidine )
9. 1 vial ( 7 mL ) Substrate Solution II ( 0.02 % buffered hydrogen peroxide )
10. 1 vial ( 12 mL ) Stop Solution ( 1M Phosphoric acid )
11. 1 vial ( 0.4 mL each ) Blue-Dye, Green-Dye, Red-Dye
