HIV type 1 gp120 (IIIB, Lyophilized) [FITC], recombinant protein from Baculovirus
This fluorescene conjugated gp120 binds to murine monoclonal antibodies of defined epitope specificity
This fluorescene conjugated gp120 binds to CD4 bearing T-cells as determined by FACS.
Recommended dilutions for use are approximate values. A dose dependent response assay should be performed to determine the optimal concentration for use in specific applications. Direct Immunofluorescent staining may be performed in 1 : 50 dilution range. Dot Blot assays with purified anti-gp120 monoclonal/ rabbit polyclonal antibodies may be performed at a minimum dilution of 1 : 100.
10mM Tris, pH 8.0,10mM NaCl
Lyophilized. Solubilize in DI H2O for use. Store solublilized gp120 at -20°C for long term storage
2 years at Room Temp.
