ICC: 2.0 μg/mL from a representative lot detected acetyl Histone H3 (Lys 64) in HeLa, A431, and NIH/3T3 cells. Dot: Histone peptides with various modifications were probed with acetyl Histone H3 (Lys 64) using a 1:250 dilution. WB: A 1:500 dilution of this antibody detected acetyl Histone H3 (Lys 64) in 10 μg of sodium butyrate treated HeLa cell lysate.
