This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL1642) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human GOLGA7B, targeting the amino acid region 61–167 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with GOLGA7B from mouse, rat, chicken, dog, pig, cow, horse, and sheep. It has been affinity purified by protein A. Enables enzyme binding activity. Predicted to be involved in protein targeting to membrane. Predicted to be located in Golgi membrane and plasma membrane. Predicted to be part of palmitoyltransferase complex.
CABT-BL1642 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000) application.
CABT-BL1642 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
