This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL4553) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human EFHA2, targeting the amino acid region 451–530 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with EFHA2 from mouse, rat, dog, cow, horse, rabbit, and sheep. It has been affinity purified by protein A. Enables calcium channel regulator activity; calcium ion sensor activity; and protein heterodimerization activity. Involved in calcium import into the mitochondrion and cellular response to calcium ion. Located in mitochondrion.
CABT-BL4553 is suitable for use in IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500), ICC/IF (1:100–1:500) applications.
CABT-BL4553 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
