This product can be dissolved in PBS buffer, water or other neutral buffers at a concentration of 1mg/mL. Store solution in aliquots at -20°C. Protect from light. Conjugation is determined at 360 nm using 1.74 x 10E+04 as the extinction coefficient of DNP and is given as a molar ratio of DNP to HSA assuming the molecular weight of HSA is 66,000.
