This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL1286) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human DLGAP5. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with DLGAP5 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Potential cell cycle regulator that may play a role in carcinogenesis of cancer cells. Mitotic phosphoprotein regulated by the ubiquitin-proteasome pathway. Key regulator of adherens junction integrity and differentiation that may be involved in CDH1-mediated adhesion and signaling in epithelial cells. CABT-BL1286 is suitable for use in WB 1 (500-1:2000), IHC 1 (50-1:200), IF/ICC 1 (100-1:500) applications. CABT-BL1286 is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
