General Notes
This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL1205) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human DAGLB, targeting the amino acid region 51–150 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with DAGLB from mouse, rat, pig, cow, rabbit, and sheep. It has been affinity purified by protein A. DAGLB (Diacylglycerol Lipase Beta) is a key enzyme that catalyzes the hydrolysis of diacylglycerol (DAG) to produce 2-arachidonoylglycerol (2-AG), the primary endocannabinoid. It plays a critical role in immune cell inflammatory responses, specifically in macrophages and microglia. Primarily, DAGLB regulates metabolic signaling and lipid homeostasis.
CABT-BL1205 is suitable for use in ELISA (1:5,000–1:10,000) application.
CABT-BL1205 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
