This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL1203) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human DAGLA. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. DAGLA (Diacylglycerol lipase alpha) is a key enzyme that catalyzes the hydrolysis of diacylglycerol (DAG) to produce 2-arachidonoylglycerol (2-AG), the primary endocannabinoid in the brain. It is essential for retrograde synaptic signaling, axonal growth during development, and is involved in regulating processes like emotional behavior, pain, and neuroinflammation. CABT-BL1203 is suitable for use in IF (immunofluorescence) (1: 25-100) application. CABT-BL1203 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
