This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL1149) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human CRCT1, targeting the amino acid region 1–60 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with CRCT1 from mouse, rat, and pig. It has been affinity purified by protein A. CRCT1 (Cysteine Rich C-Terminal 1) is a protein-coding gene, often distinguished from the CREB-regulated transcription coactivator family (CRTC1-3). It is primarily known for its role as a tumor suppressor in various cancers, including esophageal squamous cell cancer, where it inhibits cell proliferation and induces apoptosis. CABT-BL1149 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000) application. CABT-BL1149 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
