General Notes
This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL4341) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human CEP41. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with CEP41 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Required during ciliogenesis for tubulin glutamylation in cilium. Probably acts by participating in the transport of TTLL6, a tubulin polyglutamylase, between the basal body and the cilium. CABT-BL4341 is suitable for use in IF/ICC 1 (100-1:500), WB 1 (1000-3000), IHC 1 (50-1:200) applications. CABT-BL4341 is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
