This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL692) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human C20ORF24, targeting the amino acid region 51–137 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with C20ORF24 from mouse, rat, dog, horse, and rabbit. It has been affinity purified by protein A. Involved in mitochondrial respirasome assembly and multi-pass transmembrane protein insertion into ER membrane. Located in mitochondrion. Part of multi-pass translocon complex. Implicated in craniofacial dysmorphism, skeletal anomalies, and impaired intellectual development syndrome 2.
CABT-BL692 is suitable for use in IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500), ICC/IF (1:100–1:500), ELISA (1:5,000–1:10,000) applications.
CABT-BL692 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
