This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL660) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human C1ORF51, targeting the amino acid region 61–160 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with C1ORF51 from mouse, rat, dog, pig, cow, and horse. It has been affinity purified by protein A. Predicted to enable E-box binding activity. Predicted to be involved in circadian regulation of gene expression; locomotor rhythm; and negative regulation of DNA-templated transcription. Predicted to be located in PML body. Predicted to be active in nucleus.
CABT-BL660 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), ELISA (1:5,000–1:10,000) applications.
CABT-BL660 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
