We recommend the following for sandwich ELISA (Capture - Detection): CABT-B1970 - CABT-B1084 For example, a 1 μg coating of CABT-B1970 fllowed by exposure to the antigen and a 1:1000 dilution of the goating antisera gives a midpoint of approximately 40 ng/ml. As low as 1 ng/ml of antigen is readily detected using a standard chromogenic substrate.
