This product (Catalog No. DPABH-08448) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ZSWIM1. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with ZSWIM1 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. ZSWIM1 (Zinc Finger SWIM-Type Containing 1) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 20, primarily expressed in lymphocytes, the ovary, and the testis. It acts as a tumor promoter in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD) by enhancing proliferation and metastasis via the STK38/MEKK2/ERK1/2 axis. It is also identified as a novel biomarker in T helper cell differentiation. DPABH-08448 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC (1:50–1:300) applications. DPABH-08448 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
