This product (Catalog No. DPABH-02952) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ZNF786, targeting the amino acid region 277–544 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with ZNF786 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. ZNF786 (Zinc Finger Protein 786) is a protein-coding gene located on human chromosome 7q36.1. It belongs to the C2H2-type zinc finger family and contains a KRAB domain, generally involved in transcriptional regulation. Research suggests it may play a role in promoting the growth of certain tumor cells and is involved in regulating transcription by RNA polymerase II.
DPABH-02952 is suitable for use in ELISA (1:20,000–1:80,000), Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:1,000), IHC (1:100–1:500) applications.
DPABH-02952 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS, pH 7.4 with 0.02% Sodium Azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
