This product (Catalog No. DPABH-20436) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ZNF774, targeting the amino acid region 142–422 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with ZNF774 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. ZNF774 (Zinc Finger Protein 774) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 15 that acts as a tumor suppressor, particularly in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). It functions as a transcriptional repressor by interacting with the NuRD complex to inhibit NOTCH2 signaling, thereby suppressing tumor growth, proliferation, and invasion.
DPABH-20436 is suitable for use in ELISA (1:20,000–1:80,000), Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:2,000), IHC (1:100–1:500) applications.
DPABH-20436 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS, pH 7.4 with 0.02% Sodium Azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
