This product (Catalog No. DPABH-04878) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human ZNF711, targeting the amino acid region 501–600 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with ZNF711 from mouse, rat, dog, cow, horse, rabbit, and sheep. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene encodes a zinc finger protein of unknown function. It bears similarity to a zinc finger protein which acts as a transcriptional activator. This gene lies in a region of the X chromosome which has been associated with cognitive disability.
DPABH-04878 is suitable for use in IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500), ICC/IF (1:100–1:500), ELISA (1:5,000–1:10,000) applications.
DPABH-04878 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
