General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-13907) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ZNF655, targeting the amino acid region 1–181 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. ZNF655 protein (zinc finger protein 655) is a transcription factor belonging to the C2H2-type zinc finger protein family. This protein functions within the nucleus, where it binds to specific DNA sequences to regulate the transcriptional expression of downstream target genes. Research indicates that ZNF655 is widely involved in core biological processes such as cell proliferation, differentiation, apoptosis, and the cell cycle. In oncology studies, ZNF655 has been identified as a significant tumor biomarker, exhibiting abnormal expression in various cancers including lung cancer, gastric cancer, and liver cancer. It influences tumor progression and metastasis by regulating apoptosis-related pathways and mechanisms such as epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT). Its expression level is closely associated with patient prognosis.
DPABH-13907 is suitable for use in IP (0.5-4.0 μg for 1.0-3.0 mg of total protein lysate) application.
DPABH-13907 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
