General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-08383) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ZNF639, targeting the amino acid region 136–485 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. ZNF639, also named as ZASC1, is a 485 amino acid protein, which locates in the nucleus and contains 8 C2H2-type zinc fingers and belongs to the krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family. ZNF639 binds DNA and may function as a transcriptional repressor.
DPABH-08383 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:200–1:1,000), IP (0.5-4.0 μg for 1.0-3.0 mg of total protein lysate), IHC (1:500–1:2,000) applications.
DPABH-08383 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
