General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-22694) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ZNF543, targeting the amino acid region 132–225 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. ZNF543 is a member of the Kruppel-associated box (KRAB) containing zinc finger proteins family, which function as transcription factors. ZNF543 has a wide range of physiological functions in a variety of cellular processes, which including apoptosis, cell proliferation and differentiation (PMID: 35467255, PMID: 34975305). DPABH-22694 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:3,000) application. DPABH-22694 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
