This product (Catalog No. DPABH-07220) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ZNF490, targeting the amino acid region 170–459 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. ZNF490 (Zinc Finger Protein 490) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 19p13.2, which encodes a 553-amino acid protein functioning as a potential transcription factor. It is associated with regulating cell cycle progression, promoting apoptosis, and is involved in immune responses, such as inhibiting specific oxidative pathways.
DPABH-07220 is suitable for use in ELISA, Western blot (WB), IHC applications.
DPABH-07220 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS, pH 7.4 with 0.02% Sodium Azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
