This product (Catalog No. DPABH-12213) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ZNF225. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with ZNF225 from rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Predicted to enable DNA binding activity and zinc ion binding activity. Predicted to be involved in regulation of transcription by RNA polymerase II. Predicted to be active in nucleus. DPABH-12213 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:1,000), IHC (1:50–1:200) applications. DPABH-12213 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.42% Potassium phosphate, 0.87% Sodium chloride, pH 7.3, 30% glycerol, and 0.01% sodium azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
