This product (Catalog No. DPABH-11683) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human ZNF185, targeting the amino acid region 101–200 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with ZNF185 from mouse, rat, cow, horse, and sheep. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Zinc-finger proteins bind nucleic acids and play important roles in various cellular functions, including cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. This gene encodes a LIM-domain zinc finger protein. The LIM domain is composed of two contiguous zinc finger domains, separated by a two-amino acid residue hydrophobic linker. The LIM domain mediates protein:protein interactions. Multiple alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified.
DPABH-11683 is suitable for use in flow cytometry (FC) (2 μg/test) application.
DPABH-11683 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
