This product (Catalog No. DPABH-12148) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ZC3HC1. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with ZC3HC1 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene encodes an F-box-containing protein that is a component of an SCF-type E3 ubiquitin ligase complex that regulates the onset of cell division. The G2/M transition in the cell cycle requires the interaction of the proteins cyclin B1 and cyclin-dependent kinase 1. The activated ubiquitin ligase complex targets the protein cyclin B1 for degradation, preventing this transition to mitosis. DPABH-12148 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000) application. DPABH-12148 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
