This product (Catalog No. DPABH-23934) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human ZAR1. It has been affinity purified by protein A. ZAR1 (Zygote Arrest 1) is an essential, highly conserved protein-coding gene in vertebrates, primarily known for its critical role in female fertility, specifically during the transition from oocyte to embryo. It acts as a maternally expressed factor, regulating mRNA storage and translation, with its deficiency leading to developmental arrest in early embryogenesis.
DPABH-23934 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:3,000) application.
DPABH-23934 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
