This product (Catalog No. DPABH-21632) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human XPO5. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with XPO5 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene encodes a member of the karyopherin family that is required for the transport of small RNAs and double-stranded RNA-binding proteins from the nucleus to the cytoplasm. The encoded protein translocates cargo through the nuclear pore complex in a RanGTP-dependent process. DPABH-21632 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:50–1:100) applications. DPABH-21632 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide,50% glycerol,pH7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
