This product (Catalog No. DPABH-08755) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human VSIG1. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene encodes a member of the junctional adhesion molecule (JAM) family. The encoded protein contains multiple glycosylation sites at the N-terminal region, and multiple phosphorylation sites and glutamic acid/proline (EP) repeats at the C-terminal region. The gene is expressed in normal stomach and testis, as well as in gastric, esophageal and ovarian cancers. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene. DPABH-08755 is suitable for use in IHC (1:20–1:100) application. DPABH-08755 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
