This product (Catalog No. DPABH-25637) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human VPRBP, targeting the amino acid region 788–958 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with VPRBP from rat and mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. VprBP (Vpr-binding protein), also known as DCAF1 (DDB1- and CUL4-associated factor 1), is a critical nuclear protein that acts as a substrate receptor for the CRL4 E3 ubiquitin ligase complex. It regulates cell cycle progression, DNA replication, and promotes tumor progression by degrading, silencing, or phosphorylating key cellular proteins like p53 and Histone H2A.
DPABH-25637 is suitable for use in ELISA (1:20,000–1:80,000), Western blot (WB) (1:200–1:1,000), IHC (1:100–1:500) applications.
DPABH-25637 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS, pH 7.4 with 0.02% sodium azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
