General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-17221) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human VEZF1, targeting the amino acid region 181–280 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with VEZF1 from mouse, rat, chicken, dog, pig, cow, horse, rabbit, and sheep. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Transcriptional regulatory proteins containing tandemly repeated zinc finger domains are thought to be involved in both normal and abnormal cellular proliferation and differentiation. ZNF161 is a C2H2-type zinc finger protein (Koyano-Nakagawa et al., 1994 [PubMed 8035792]). See MIM 603971 for general information on zinc finger proteins.
DPABH-17221 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000) application.
DPABH-17221 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
